What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or quote request through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, enquiry type, division, and the content of your message.

If you use one of our Youth Development Supplies funder-application pages (NYDA, GEP or NDA), we also collect the business or organisation details, funding stage and what you need that you choose to share, so we can prepare an itemised quotation. We never ask for ID numbers, bank details, passwords, or login details for any funder portal, and you do not need to give us any of those to get a quote.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, process supplier registration requests, or share company documents you have requested. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we store it

Enquiries submitted through our contact form are either emailed directly to us or logged on our server without personal details, depending on our email provider configuration at the time. We do not operate a customer database for this website.

Your rights
